If you need to get a cpap machine.I can highly recommend giving ontario sleep care a call. Robin took care of my introduction to using a cpap machine. Her explanation was simply clear and made my transition to sleeping with a mask part of a simple bedtime routine. With a few different types of masks to choose from you will have no problem falling asleep easiy. I decided on the nasal pillow. It literally just sits under the nostril making it a simple and effortless fit for me. Do not hesitate on your decision in getting a cpap machine. You will gain a well rested sleep. I wish I had done it sooner. :)

Incredibly professional and provided excellent service. They break down step by step how to properly set up your CPAP, and are very courteous and respectful of your time. Robin is very helpful as well as the rest of the staff.

Friendly place that really opened my eyes to how crucial it can be to be tested for sleep apnea. If you feel exhausted every morning or otherwise are tired during the day then get tested as your quality of life can be greatly improved. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely friendly and very knowledgeable so don't hesitate to ask your doctor to get you an appointment at this sleep clinic as it could drastically change your quality of life!
