Efficient and fast service and very affordable for those looking for budget but quality eyeglasses. The optician, Ozlem, was very helpful from making the choice up to pick up of glasses. However, pricing needs transparency. The invoice price does not match with the advertised price (of frame and lens), which caused confusion and raised questions.

I just wanted to share a quick thank you for the great service I received at Halifax Shopping Centre location. I went in because the rubber tip at the end of my glasses arm was missing. The staff member didn’t have the exact part, so she kindly took one from a sample pair in the store and fixed my glasses on the spot — and didn’t charge me anything. I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. It meant a lot.

Really great and friendly team of people who work here! The prices and deals are reasonable as well. Tania was lovely and so was the doctor, as well as the person who took the initial photos of my eyes. Thanks so much and I am excited to get my glasses! Would recommend this place to anyone!
