Couldn’t be happier with the service. Mykie and Stephen were both friendly and genuinely helpful. Stephen explained everything clearly before my eye exam, which made a big difference as I’d only had tests done in the US before. When I needed another receipt, Mykie sorted it out straight away. Definitely my go-to optician in town:) I rarely leave reviews, but Kreeshaya absolutely deserves one. I’ve been wearing glasses for more than twenty years and have dealt with opticians and eye care professionals in several countries, including the UK and the United States. I can honestly say that nobody has ever explained my options as clearly and comprehensively as Kreeshaya did today. What impressed me most wasn’t just her knowledge, but her willingness to take the time to ensure I genuinely understood everything. There was no rush, no pressure, just genuine professionalism and care. We had a lovely conversation, and I left feeling that I had learned more in one visit than I had in years. Kreeshaya is a tremendous asset to your business, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you again.

I recently visited Eye On Optometry Group for an eye exam, and my experience was excellent. The doctor was amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. A special thank you to Mykie and Prazz for their outstanding help in choosing my glasses. They were friendly, patient, and helped me find the perfect pair that suited both my needs and style. Their recommendations were truly helpful, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional customer service. 😊👓✨
