Exceptional, attentive in-store service! They put in a herculean effort to carefully manoeuver a massive massage chair through a tight Centretown Victorian House, taking care to not damage the stairs, walls and ceiling. When the attic stairs stalled progress, they safely staged it on the second floor (ensuring bathroom and deck access) gifted a premium humidifier for the delay, and returned to disassemble and perfectly reassemble it in our third-floor yoga studio. Complete satisfaction!

From sales, to delivery and support, these guys rock. We bought two Bodyfriend massage chairs, The Eliza and the Pharo Neo. Couldn't be more happier with the quality and performance of the Bodyfriend line of massage chairs. Thanks Ottawa Massage Chairs for taking the time to help us decide on the perfect massage chair for our needs. Our back and muscles thank you!! Steve and Joe, kudos to you guys and the supporting team!

We recently purchased our new BodyFriend chair from Joe, and I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about the entire experience! From start to finish, Joe provided beyond exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The delivery and setup with Joe and Steve were absolutely outstanding — friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. As for the chair itself… WOW. I have never experienced a massage chair this unbelievable before. The comfort, relaxation, and overall quality are truly next level. It feels luxurious, therapeutic, and incredibly beneficial for both relaxation and overall health and wellness. Every feature is impressive, and it honestly exceeds all expectations. This is hands down one of the best purchases we have ever made, and I would recommend a BodyFriend chair to absolutely everyone. A huge thank you again to Joe and Steve for making the entire experience so enjoyable and stress-free. Exceptional service, exceptional product, and an all-around amazing experience!
