⚠️ Predatory Pricing & Exploitation of a Pet EmergencyRating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)This pharmacy completely took advantage of a desperate situation. I am out of town and my dog needed more compounded medication to last the trip. Just days prior, an emergency vet clinic in Kamloops charged me $24. When they ran out, they gave me a paper prescription to fill.I brought it to this pharmacy. They did not mention the price until the actual checkout, forcing a $70 charge on me—nearly triple what the emergency vet charged.By the time they told me the price, it was too late in the day to go anywhere else, and we still had a 120 km drive ahead of us to our lodging. They knew I was trapped, out of options, and desperate to care for my dog.Withholding the price until the last second to exploit a traveling pet owner is completely unethical. Avoid this pharmacy.

Since we no longer have a regular medical Doctor, it was wonderful to have the ability to use telemedicine! I scan the image to get to the website, I logged in and got an appt for same day, within 1 1/2 hours actually. I got the call from the doctor within 5 minutes of the appt window and now have my referral! I’m grateful!

A huge thank you to Julie and her team! We were at a ski race at Sun Peaks and my daughter needed antibiotics and pain meds.
