  They send me a bill for monthly monitoring of the security system without my agreement, took me 2 months to get this settled with them to revise the bill. Then they send me another bill for extra items. If you don’t want an ever rising bill don’t use them. Follow up: Thank you for getting this dispute resolved quickly. Not the idea situation, making thing a right afterwards rather than making it right at the first time. Anyway, really appreciate to handle the complaints professionally and swiftly. Thank you.

  Amin, the owner, and his team installed my home security system this year and Amin's service has been amazing. I highly recommend Amin. I recevied quotes from Telus security and one other private owned company. Initially I went with Telus because it is a big company but that was my mistake. Do not ever go with Telus. They send different techs each time there is a problem without any communication between techs and their service was worst. I ended my contract with Telus and went with Amin who solved all the problems Telus techs couldn't solve. Most important, the level of service was and still is amazing. If there is any urgent problem I just email or text Amin and he helps me out personally without sending me to his techs. Security system is working well and I am very happy.
