Sadly I needed to call to have my mom’s oxygen tanks picked up after her passing. I was treated with such kindness and compassion. Matt was the one that came to my mom’s to pick them up. This was a very difficult time for me clearing out my mom’s apartment. When he arrived he spoke to me for a few minutes about my mom and his interactions with her. He did not have to do that but it brought me comfort. When he left he looked me in the eye and said “your mom is at peace no more struggling to breath”. That touched me and when I told my family it touched them too. Thank you Matt you are an asset to any company.

Shirval provides the most wonderful customer service to his clients! He was so caring and compassionate to my dad and our family and so helpful in providing details around the operation of equipment and ensuring we understood everything thoroughly.
