Great Product.... I purchased the CR910 full back, neck and seat massager and have been using it regularly. It great after a long day of heavy activity. It provides a great deep massage for your full back or just in specific spots. The neck massage is firm and gets very deep into stiff muscles. It's high quality, is well constructed and is very sturdy for any level of massage. This is my second unit as I purchased this as an upgrade to a smaller massager that I also purchased from RealPro almost 10 years ago. The Realpro Health location at the Mississauga Flea Market is a great place to test the many types of massagers before purchasing. Jenny was very helpful in sales and followup service for a minor repair. I'd highly recommend this location and their products.
