Came here, best scooter experience I have ever had. Amy was really nice to help me with my scooter and this young man called Vardaan working there was very helpful and punctual. I have been to multiple other locations in the US, I have to say that this was the best experience.

I recently visited Scooter City to find a mobility scooter for my elderly grandmother, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right solution for her needs. Choosing a mobility scooter can feel overwhelming, especially when you're trying to ensure a loved one remains comfortable, safe, and independent. The team took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different options available, and guide me through the features and benefits of each model without any pressure. What stood out most was their kindness and understanding. They treated my grandmother's mobility needs with care and respect, making the entire process much easier and more reassuring for our family. Their knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to customer service were evident throughout the visit. Thanks to their help, we were able to find a scooter that is well-suited to my grandmother's lifestyle and will help her maintain her independence and confidence. I highly recommend Scooter City to anyone looking for mobility solutions for themselves or a loved one. It was a wonderful experience, and I'm truly grateful for the outstanding service we received.

I would like to take the time to thank Scooter City for their assistance. My husbands power chair was 16 yrs old and the cost to repair was too much. I needed to get him another chair but within a budget, the help and consideration I received from the employees was very well addressed. They were able to provide different models, that would suit him and our budget. They also provide the service of coming to your home with demos for you to try, as seniors this was huge for us.I would highly recommend them to anyone, this is my 2nd buy with Scooter City, and will use them again. regards Linda Allan
