Randy made it so easy to get a device to allow my Mom to remain on her own. A short phone call to get things set up and a follow up email to sign the contract. Great customer service for sure! Our needed device will also be ready in a couple days.

We are very happy for switching to new alarm from the old one. Loved the phone security apps. Also we have camera security too. Randy explained everything and make it so easy. And he did great with all set up. Just love it.

Randy was awesome and very knowledgeable! He assessed my need and offered a product best suited for my need. I feel better knowing I can be home alone with my mobility issues and easily contact emergency services if needed just by pushing a button. I was also surprised at how affordable it was!
