  Only one person in store and is unable to act upon questions about products unless talking to someone else first. Can't find products in computer to inform customers. Very disappointed as a disabled senior.

They went above and beyond at every step, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel supportive, respectful, and smooth. Getting a wheelchair is a huge life moment, and this team genuinely understands that. They took the time to listen, explain, and ensure everything was right , never rushed, always kind.
