I called Sunny about a Control 4 issue we’ve had for several years hoping to get it back up and running for minimal cost. Previous dealer we worked with was not a good experience at all and charged me for every call. Sunny offered to come out to look at the system and showed up less than an hour after I called him. He found an issue with the network connection almost immediately and resolved it right away. He was straight forward, easy to understand the tech lingo, gave me a few options and contacted me later the same day with cost estimates for my options. I asked what he would go with if it were him in my situation and he gave me an honest response that considered our situation and what made sense for minimal investment. In the end we declined doing any further upgrades as he was able to get us back up with basic functionality. I offered to pay him for his time and he politely declined saying it was a sales call and he was happy he could help us with the situation. I will be sure the new home owner gets Sunny’s business card and my feedback about how great the customer service he provided was. Thank you Sunny. Amazing to have you assist us.

Sunny and David were extremely helpful and professional. Sunny called me to let me know they saw a change in my internet connectivity. They came over promptly and help me set up the system to work even better in my house. They were patient with me and answered all my questions (I’m not very techy). I really appreciate their help and will continue using this company! Highly recommend.
