great staff nurses and doctors are very friendly but, the security guards are super rude and will argue and power trip like an American Cop, especially the bigger African American lady I encountered, I was with someone who was light sensitive and she wouldn’t let us close the blinds in our room for no good reason and even argued with doctors who were saying, patient care is first. If you have an option go to a different hospital again staff are nice but it’s not worth dealing with security that believes they cannot be wrong making a patients life harder just because.

My wife and I have been at the hospital a lot due to her having high risk pregnancies, but the staff has always been so cordial. The nurses are absolutely amazing and make you feel comfortable. Great staff and the doctors were also super invested in my wife's well being (genuinely)

We had to wait for about 9 hours to see the Doctor at the ER which is totally unacceptable. But all the staff (nurses, cleaners) were very friendly and professional. But Dr. Jean Chen was basically wonderful. Not only she was very very helpful and knowledgeable but also very cheerful and she went through our follow up procedure several times with us. She was the reason that we went home (after 10 hours and about 30 dollars in parking fees) with a smile. I hope she always has a reason to smile in her life ❤️
