I had an excellent experience at this medical supply store in Kemptville, thanks to the expertise of the sales person, Ashley Saunderson. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products for my condition. I really appreciated that she offered different price points. What impressed me the most was her attention to detail. She carefully measured my leg making sure the brace fitted properly and comfortably. She was professional, patient and genuinely caring. Exceptional customer service! Thank you for making my experience so positive!

Ashley phoned me in under one hour of being notified of the need for a wheelchair and commode. At my request, she e-mailed me a PDF quotation and a cut sheet of two wheelchair selections, again very quickly, within 20 minutes. I telephoned and we concluded the transaction over the telephone. She knew her product line, the costs, the need for the delivery and questioned if the quotation had any errors from the information that had been given her from the database she had been sent ffrom the retirement home, (and she had been sent some erroneous data). Look, as a still-practicing Professional Engineer, I take professionalism seriously. Ashley behaved completely in a professional manner and apparently TLC Medical Supply does as well. Great!
