I cannot say enough good things about this company. Dealing with anything medical insurance is difficult at best I had over a two year issue where my insurance would not keep up with my claim and documents. The system that connects the doctors and suppliers and insurance is broken.. honestly. But what Hal and his staff did was amazing where he led the way and advocated for me and the suppliers to find the right equipment and fight through the bureaucracy . Most of the customers give up due to the lack of energy and compassion needed to service customers and patients. Hal called everyday and followed carefully to advise and shepherd me through additional doctors letters to insurance documents needed to make this happen for me. I cannot emphasize how much this company helped in my journey. I have my equipment now and he is there to find solutions for me moving forward. He kept going and like a dog on a bone made it happen. I met his service and maintenance tech who dropped everything off and his phone is always on to assist me. I honestly felt like he was a high school friend or and old hockey team mate that would never let you down This company needs to be recognized as a community leader. Thanks guys.. from the bottom of my heart Be well lads

I have an upcoming surgery for a femoral osteotomy and I’ll need a fair bit of medical equipment post op. I also purchased a walker leading up to the surgery to help with my mobility on the bad days/weeks. It’s an intimidating process which was made a lot easier by the seamless process of procuring the equipment I needed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff are worth their weight in gold.

Exceptional Service and Outstanding Repair by Eric Lagrue. I had a fantastic experience with Tri City Home Medical Equipment, and I especially want to recognize Eric Lagrue, their service manager. Eric came out to repair my manual wheelchair, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about getting everything just right. By the time he was done, my wheelchair was back to 100% condition—honestly, it feels as good as new. It’s not always easy to find service that’s both skilled and genuinely attentive, but Eric delivered on both. I highly recommend Tri City Home Medical Equipment, and if you get the chance to work with Eric, you’ll be in great hands!
