Luke is outstanding, I do not live anywhere near the area and I have to manage stuff for my dad virtually, he was able to help out so fast and was a great deal.

I had an outstanding experience at Valley Medical Supply Penticton thanks to one of their staff members, Luke. My dad’s situation was a bit complicated, and the whole process could have been stressful, but Luke handled everything with incredible patience, professionalism, and genuine care. He took the time to explain every step clearly, made sure my dad felt comfortable, and never rushed us—something we truly appreciated. What could have been a difficult experience turned into a smooth and reassuring one because of Luke’s kindness and expertise. Valley Medical Supply is lucky to have him. Highly recommend

Very pleasant and knowledgable people. We went in to see about a power wheelchair. Luke very easy to talk to. Also had a pole by bed to help my husband get up and it had cracked the ceiling. Luke happened to be coming to area next day. He came in, took a look, and set in right in less than 10 minutes. Wonderful!!!
