I can't say enough good things about the Air Liquide team in Thunder Bay, and Valarie in particular. The airline lost my luggage, and my CPAP was inside it. I needed a replacement on very short notice, and Valarie went well beyond what I expected. I had everything I needed the same day, with no issues at all. She was patient with me while I worked through recovering my prescription and sorting out the documentation, and she never made me feel rushed or like a bother. That kind of calm, helpful service matters a great deal when you're away from home and stressed. Thank you, Valarie, and thank you to the whole team. If you need CPAP equipment or respiratory support in Thunder Bay, this is the place to go.

I visited Thunder Bay realising I had left the nose piece to my CPAP mask at home . I called to inquire if there’s any spare kit they have available for me to use. The staff went above and beyond to find a kit that matched my device! I am truly very thankful for their help. Thanks again VitalAire 😊
