eye exam was fine. addressed my questions, and confirmed my prescriptions patiently. the doctor even gave me a sample of eyedrops and I'm grateful for that. Though when I say I'm not planning on buying the glasses today, all services just stopped all of a sudden. The lady at front desk said it's their policy that they cannot measure my pupil distance if I'm not buying glasses here, and they cannot give me the read of the prescription on my current glasses due to the same reason - I'm not sure if this is by default in this industry because I was able to get these at my previous optical store under the same situation. if this is your own policy then I don't like it - I'd go back to my previous place in the future. it's a bit far away, but they do provide caring services, even if you are not buying from them immediately.

Vogue Optical Kearney Lake has a wide variety styles of eyeglasses. They do have reasonable price and good offers. The staffs were accomodating and helpful especially Priscilla who patiently helped me and my daughter in choosing the best eye frames for us. Highly recommend to family and friends.

I just had an eye exam here. Optometrist was pretty short, didn't acknowledge all my questions or make much conversation. But the staff that wss supposed to help me as its my first time having glasses so I need a but of help, was awful.. didnt try to help me at all even though I was clear I was intending to purchase glasses from there and needed help. No customer service at all. Just happy to take the payment for the exam. I left without glasses. Didnt want to blindly buy. Will go somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend.
