It was my first time and I was already disappointed with the service. I had an appointment for 12:40 and when I arrived, there were other 2 persons whose no services were done. It means I'd have to wait for an hour for my turn. They asked me to rebook to 2 pm but they couldn't guarantee that I could do the exam on time either. Then, what's the point of an appointment if you can't do your service on time? The receptionist was nice. They gotta work on their schedule.

Been going here since 2018. Front desk staff is great. Dr Wafa'a Al-Atrash is another story - 0/10 would not recommend. She was fine with me since I first saw her in 2018, but she recently misprescribed my child and then the interaction went off the rails. She said the kid needed no glasses despite frequent headaches and blurry letters when reading. Took the child to FYI Doctors on SGR a couple days later and they prescribed glasses - what do you know, headaches and blurry vision are gone. When I called Dr Al-Atrash about the possibility of getting a refund for the $35 fee, she was rude, abrasive, talked over me, and didn't bother listening. My approach was to hear what she had to say and learn what her perspective was, and share mine, but it quickly became clear that wouldn't happen. She told me it was "my fault" (her words) for going somewhere else instead of back to her where she apparently would have performed an advanced exam (new information to us). On multiple occasions she asked if I was "done talking". She was incredibly and unnecessarily aggressive. Terrible customer service and there are better optometrists out there.

After three tries my expensive new progressive lenses worked just adequately. Update: I suspect that the prescription by Dr. Wafa'a Al-Atrash was off... the very recent prescription by Dr. Roach at Insight Optometry is different and my corrected vision is crystal clear. So a combination of an inaccurate prescription and poorly aligned lenses. Update: I tried going back to the glasses I got at Vogue because I like the frame so much and because they have transitions, which is nice for the summer. I wore them for three weeks or so, then I switched back to my new glasses I got at Insight and the difference is like night and day. I didn’t appreciate just how bad the glasses I got at Vogue are. I also visited an ophthalmologist to get assessed for a refractive lens exchange, wearing the glasses I got at Vogue, and he confirmed that the prescription was not quite right. So it was a combination of a bad prescription by the optometrist, and poorly aligned lenses by Vogue. A perfect storm of a bad quality product. To me, lesson learned, I will never go back to a Vogue store.
