The experience was excellent. Everything organized and ready to go. Mike was very helpful and professional. My only problem was the documents that I had to sign were not digital, not readable and photocopies. Very antiquated system that could really use an upgrade.

Bought my Rollator here, was very pleased with the whole experience. After several plane trips, Rollator needed a little love which Mike provided today, no charge for new screw. Mike is also looking into warranty for screw caps that have gone missing. Thank you Mike, much appreciated.
