Absolutely fantastic experience overall! Deborah was very communicative & incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, and Kevin & Everton were on-time for pickup and quick with the removal of our old products. HIGHLY recommended for junk removal in Toronto - thank you again team!

Excellent service from beginning to end! My freezer broke, and as soon as I discovered this, I called Rid-of-it to have it removed. Deborah was absolutely lovely, funny, and supportive, got me booked in as soon as possible, and gave me great advice on what to do about the awful dead-freezer smell. Alex and Will were on time, kind, and made sure to remove the freezer without it leaking onto anything on their way out. All in all, a great group of people who made a gross situation into a nice experience I could even laugh about! I highly recommend Rid-of-it for any junk removal in Toronto

I had a very positive experience with this company from start to finish. Rick returned my initial call promptly on a Sunday. The initial cost estimate was very close to the final amount charged, even though there was actually more work to be done than I had described. Deborah was great in helping me arrange the visit and payment and Kevin and Everton showed up on time and got the job done quickly and inobstrusively. The final cost was much less than what I had seen for comparable service from other firms. If I never need anything removed again in the future, I'm calling this firm first. I recommend them wholeheartedly without reservation.
