    Lots of excersizes. Shoulder is getting better. Thought I had arthritis but I had a frozen shoulder.

    I started physio at Advantage in 2021 after a spinal cord injury. I was having severe neck and hand pain after surgery. The therapy received was very effective and I continue with it as a maintenance treatment. Pain and stiffness are reduced, which has been a huge benefit to me and makes my life much more pleasant. The physio staff are excellent here and also the front desk staff. A top notch group for physiotherapy, I recommend them.
