I have had the privilege and joy of working with Paige for help with my ADHD for a few months now. I have experienced so much growth in recognizing and managing my adhd symptoms in personalized, scientific, evidence based approach. Paige is able to seamlessly combine empathy, professional experience, and science backed methods that address where I get stuck in my cycles, how to recognize "stuckness", and how to use self-compassion, joy, and fun to navigate challenges in ways that foster self-efficacy, positive self esteem, and creativity instead of trying to force or shame myself through a difficulty. If you are on the fence about adhd coaching my recommendation is DO IT!!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET INVESTING THE TIME, ENERGY AND RESOURCES INTO THIS LIFE CHANGING THERAPY!!!!!! I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such a talented, intelligent, resourceful, encouraging, creative, evidence based professional individual such as Paige. Thank you Paige!
