Disappointing customer service and communication. Full transparency, I cannot speak to their services as their community manager didn't respond to my emails to book an appointment.

Went for a psychoeducational assessment. Not great for girls, they are only looking for symptoms typical for males. The psychiatrist diagnosing my child never even met her and I was not told about this ahead of time. The office staff, however, are very nice and helpful.

Denied entry into a speech therapy session for my son because I wouldn’t put a mask on. Please explain to me how speech therapy works with a mask on again?
