Great experience at Antidote Physio, Mina was very understanding and helpful throughout my visits. Took the time to really figure out the specific issue, and I’ve seen great improvements for my herniated disc. Highly recommend!

I went to Steve for Achilles tendonitis. Steve had excellent bedside manners. He was very friendly, welcoming, non-judgemental and made me feel heard and comfortable discussing the issues I had been presenting with. Although I do not have insurance, he was really understanding and prepped me with enough resources to make do at home until I could afford to see him for follow-ups. Steve was also easy to book with and the pain I have been experiencing has become more manageable.

Steve helped me fix some small but persistent injuries in a few highly effective sessions. He took the time to understand my symptoms, performed some tests and explained the treatment plan and reasoning behind it. He had a great approach: friendly, straightforward, and well-informed.
