Really helpful and listened well; my son has a genetic condition and Dr. J. Gurevitch was really thoughtful and helpful -- I was a bit nervous -- but he was really lovely with my little guy and we have a great plan going forward: big thank you to everyone at the clinic!

I was very disappointed with my experience at Associate Foot Clinic. I first tried booking an appointment through their web form, providing my information and concern. I never received a response. I wrote in a second time and still did not hear back. I then attempted to book through Sun Life’s provider list, where they are featured, twice, and again received no response. Eventually, I resorted to calling, which is difficult for me to manage given my work schedule during their operating hours. I finally secured an appointment, only to receive a call a few days beforehand from the receptionist canceling it without any explanation. This was frustrating, as I had built my work week around that podiatry appointment. The receptionist did reschedule me a month later, which I appreciated. However, a few days before that second appointment, I received yet another cancellation call. At that point, it became clear this clinic is not even remotely service oriented. Respect for patients’ time is simply not there. Twice bitten, thrice shy. I would not advise anyone to book at this clinic, and I will not be doing so again.

My son has this ingrown nail and was removed by Dr. Jason. After several days, he called for a follow up phone check up to know if my son was doing well , and we were told to go back after a week for an in person check up. My son was taken good care of. Eversince then, our family goes back to the clinic to have our orthotics done every 2 years as we are all have issues with overly used feet. Thanks Dr. Jason.
