My first visit with Nurse Karen was amazing and exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I booked my appointment, the process was simple and stress-free. The team communicated promptly and kept me informed of any updates or changes. I went in thinking I had an ingrown toenail, but after examining my toe, Nurse Karen took the time to explain what was actually causing the problem. She was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and you could genuinely tell how passionate she is about what she does. Before my appointment, I was in so much pain that I could barely walk. Throughout the treatment, Nurse Karen explained every step of the process, making sure I was comfortable and at ease the entire time. Her receptionist was also warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The service was efficient, professional, and I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing foot care. Even if you're unsure whether you have a foot issue, I recommend booking a consultation with Nurse Karen. She will thoroughly assess your concerns, explain everything clearly, and help you determine the best course of treatment. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

The customer service here is exceptional. Thanks to you all for a friendly, relaxing environment. Karen is professional and extremely thorough while providing foot care but is also personable which allows you to feel comfortable and relaxed. I feel confident that I will now be able to manage my plantar fasciitis with her personalized foot care. They offer several services such as foot care for fungal toenails, ingrown toenails, diabetic foot care, corns to mention a few. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you!

Karen has been incredible in helping me with keeping my feet in great shape. She’s kind, super thorough, detail-oriented, and it’s clear she wants to provide the best experience she can. I’ve had two appointments with her so far and plan to continue for maintenance — she’s wonderful! Highly recommend!
