Amazing experience with Alex Whyte! I had been suffering from an ingrown toenail for a long time, and he made the whole procedure so smooth and comfortable. He explained everything before, during, and after, was very organized, gentle, and had such a light hand. Highly recommend Alex!

I had a very positive experience with this clinic. From the moment I arrived the Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Chiropodist Alex Whyte was kind, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly regarding my procedure options. Alex answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and really helped put my mind at ease. I appreciated how patient and reassuring he was throughout the appointment. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate chiropodist.

I have only attended one foot care session so far, where it is anticipated that a few will be required, but that visit was extremely positive. I booked the appointment online through the client portal, which was straightforward. They were quite booked up so the first session was scheduled out about a month and a half or two, but they have a waitlist feature on the portal which I signed up for, and they contacted me about some new availabilities. I switched the date easily and was able to get seen sooner. Arriving at the clinic, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, took me in to a room right away, and they were right on time for the appointment. Sandra was professional, friendly, and thorough in explaining everything that she was doing, what could be expected during healing, and the anticipated timeline to resolve the issue. At the end of the session, Sandra booked me in for the next couple treatments which was one less thing for me to worry about after. I am very impressed with the clinic and the staff. Great experience!
