I had a last-minute appointment with Cheska for an ankle injury that just wouldn’t heal and I’m so grateful I found her at BeActive. Old injury that I have dealt with since I was younger, re-injured the same ankle about 5 years ago on a treadmill and recently I pulled it again. By the time I came in, my ankle was swollen, painful was frustrated that it wasn’t improving. From the very first assessment, Cheska understood exactly what was going on. She quickly identified the source of my pain, explained my injury clearly and came up with a treatment plan that made sense. I felt confident that I was in good hands. After just 2 weeks of treatment and consistently doing the exercises she recommended, I noticed a big difference. The swelling went down, the pain improved and for the first time in a long while, I genuinely felt like my ankle was healing. Cheska is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, explains everything thoroughly, and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the recovery process. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physiotherapist who is skilled, compassionate, and focused on helping you get back to normal - Thanks again Cheska!

I had been dealing with knee pain for about six weeks and booked a session with Leah. After six sessions, my pain is essentially gone. She took the time to assess the issue, explain what was going on, and provided effective treatment along with exercises that really helped. I never felt rushed, and she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my recovery. I'm so grateful for the improvement and would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pain or an injury.
