Ashley at Burlington BioPed was incredible! She took so much time and care during my biomechanical assessment and was exceptionally attentive to detail. I really appreciated how thorough, knowledgeable, and personable she was throughout the entire process. I left feeling very well cared for and confident in her recommendations. Highly recommend!

Had a really good experience with Santiago at BioPed Burlington. Super friendly guy, took his time to explain everything properly, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell he actually cares about helping people and not just getting you in and out. The clinic was clean, professional, and overall the service was excellent. Definitely recommend if anyone is looking for foot care or orthotics.

I had a recent flareup of plantar fasciitis and other issues with both of my feet over the winter. I have been very fortunate to have Bioped Footcare Clinic in Burlington address my concerns. The team that has been helping me out include Santiago, Ashley and Lauren. They all work together effectively in carrying out each of their individual roles. They showed a considerable amount of empathy, patience and competence in dealing with my challenging issues. Santiago was the lead Pedorthist for my case and has been just excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable on foot anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology. The complexities of foot issues are multi-faceted, but Santiago is able to navigate through what has been a very challenging situation for me. He is a true professional and I highly recommend him and Bioped to anyone looking for help in dealing with their own foot problems. I also want to mention that I recently had a follow-up appointment with Richard, a Pedorthist at Bioped Burlington. Richard has a vast amount of experience, gave me some additional insight into maintaining good foot health and is clearly an important member of Bioped Burlington's team. Tom
