I had an EXCELLENT experience with Evan. He answered all my concerns and questions with great patience. The whole team working there is very professional and friendly. I’m glad I chose Bioped for my orthotics, knee braces and compression stockings.

My experience with BioPed was fantastic. I mostly dealt with Evan Dahms, a certified pedorthist, for my orthotics. I also dealt with Andrea at reception. Both were such a pleasure to talk to. There’s two clinics: the main Milton location and a Georgetown one. I only visited the Georgetown location. Evan was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered every one of my many questions, and I ask a lot of them! He performed several manual tests and explained the results with such clarity and description. Then, a cast was taken and the orthotics were quickly produced! No direct billing to insurance that I was aware of, but that didn’t impact my experience at all. It’s been a very long time ago that I had custom orthotics produced, but the BioPed team made me feel so confidently comfortable with the whole process; their warranty on the custom-made orthotics further confirmed that I made the correct decision to proceed with them. I have a few coworkers (retail career) that had recommended me to the company, and my expectations were exceeded. I have a lot of physical illnesses and surgeries, so it’s not an easy task to alleviate my chronic pain. But the orthotics are a perfect full-sized fit with no slipping or shuffling, and I feel much less fatigue at the the end of a 12-hour shift, 6 days a week. Very happy and impressed with my experience, do not hesitate to contact BioPed for your foot care needs! A+++
