Blake Psychology, particularly Dre. Valérie English, has been integral to the betterment and continuation of my life. This is seemingly an exaggerated assessment, but it's incredibly accurate. Valérie has shown me intentional kindness, patience, honesty, and teamwork through my 1.5 years of work with her. Valérie has provided me a safe environment to express myself in ways I never thought I'd be able to. I thank myself every day for making the difficult step to seek therapy alone... but it is an immense pleasure and privilege to have found Dre. English. She challenges my thought patterns in a constructive way, checks in when she suspects I may be having flashbacks or dissociating in the middle of talking through difficult topics, and shows humility when she accidentally speaks out of turn or misinterprets something I say. She truly maintains a compassionate and welcoming attitude, and I will be forever thankful for the work we've been doing together.

Impossible to get an appointment. And when I say its IMPOSSIBLE, I've been trying for the past 2 years. They put you on a "list" and forget about you. They do not care or value clients.

For a psychology clinic that’s supposed to help people, you’d expect a simple, efficient, and reliable way to book an appointment. If they can’t even manage an accessible booking system, it makes me second-guess the quality and professionalism of the services they provide. The first-time booking system is awful. I submitted a request through their website over a week ago and still haven’t received any response. Not impressed.
