Owner reached out and did her best to correct the issue as much as could have be and I respect the fact that ownership was taken and my concern was heard. Very very unprofessional and not ethical, would not recommend at all. Charged for an appointment on New years Day as it was auto scheduled no confirmation noting, who expects counseling on New years day. appointment time changes with less then days notice. Then when a concern for a child was raised with her brother she asked questions infront of her brother. Then all responses for information were AI generated and lacked consistency from email to email. If I wanted AI generated help I could have gotten that for free. Now I'm in a real stuck position with my child that was disciplinary in the first place not having the help and consistency he needed to thrive. As I try to start over looking for a new office to try. Should have taken the early warnings and moved on then but I tried to continue and got a over priced bill as there are cheaper options. Mom gets one story and I get another, promise of all emails being to both parties and yet single emails continue. Now I ask for disclosure of the file and that's clearly not going to happen. Try somewhere else i don't think they are vetting people probably.

My oldest son has learned so many great coping strategies for his anxiety. All of the therapists we have met have been incredibly skilled, professional, and kind. They have some of the leading experts in feeding and sensory issues too which I like. My youngest loves the climbing equipment while my oldest likes the swing and bean bags. Each room has something unique and special for the kids. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this practice enough! It’s truly one of a kind, there’s nothing else like it in London or the surrounding area. The space is perfect for anyone who doesn’t love the traditional “sit on a couch” style of therapy but still wants a supportive environment to open up. It’s especially wonderful for children, with plenty of engaging options to make sessions comfortable and fun. The occupational therapists here are amazing, knowledgeable, kind, and really skilled at meeting each client where they’re at. This practice has created a warm, unique, and inviting space, and I truly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to start.
