WOW!! Mariam saved me! I called Friday morning after struggling for 2 days with bad vertigo. Mariam happened to have a quick time slot and the staff were so kind to fit me in considering my condition on Friday afternoon. Everyone was so gentle and welcoming when I arrived. I was offered dim lighting and water while I waited. I felt very cared for. Mariam was so knowledgeable with Vertigo and explained everything to me. She made me feel comfortable through a very uneasy time. If you’ve ever had vertigo you know how uncomfortable the treatment can be. She was considerate and gentle and I am so grateful for her! By the next morning I was feeling so much better and could tell the worst was over. She sent me home with instructions for sleeping and how just in case info as well as an email follow up as well. Thank you to the Wharncliffe Team and Mariam!! You are the best!

I had a really good experience at Neuphysio. Victoria was extremely helpful throughout my visit. I had a lot of questions and she was very patient, accommodating, and made sure everything was clearly explained to me. She made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. I was referred to Neuphysio for specialized therapy after a catastrophic spinal cord injury, to help restore more function in my hands. My wife and I found all of the staff to be polite, friendly and helpful. My primary therapist was Mariam, with Dannah and Western University students assisting. We worked hard each session, saw increased progress and had fun achieving these gains. The positive environment is a big factor motivating my review of this location for rehab therapy.
