  Laura and Lifemark have been incredibly generous supporters of our women’s soccer team. Two years ago, and again this season, their donations helped us purchase our team uniforms, and we are truly grateful for their continued support. Laura and the team at Lifemark have also been an invaluable resource whenever our soccer muscles and bones have needed guidance, treatment, or recovery support.   I have been a patient at the Wortley lifemark for a while after being referred to them by a friend. As someone who has been suffering from chronic pain for almost 10 years, the treatment plan set by physiotherapist Laura and her team has been the best by far. Laura sets realistic and achievable goals; the knowledgable physio assistants have been able to help me build confidence in my rehab plan. I have seen Laura and her team for various issues, and it is nice to know that they are knowledgable in so many facets of the human body. I can't recommend them enough!

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Wortley Village! I came to Laura almost unable to move with lower back pain and within a very short amount of time she had me mobile again and feeling very confident for a steady and successful recovery. Shea and Laura have worked closely with me each week listening closely to my concerns and updates and always treat with a thoughtful and holistic approach to get me leaving feeling much better than when I arrived. They are extremely professional, caring and carefully explain things when I ask so I can feel better and learn at the same time how what we are doing is helping. I’ve gone to other physiotherapists who have jumped to physical exercises right away to strengthen without addressing the root causes or fixing the symptoms that day. Laura and Shea treat with manual treatment first (for my specific condition) and then incorporated in strength exercises slowly but effectively to help me progress. We are now working on a return to the gym program to help me feel confident at getting back to what I love to do. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them and all the staff I encounter on a regular basis when I am in! Always extremely helpful and cheerful and welcoming. I would highly, highly recommend Laura, this location and this team!
