  Shahab is the best physiotherapist I’ve ever had. He listens attentively and it is very obvious that he is well educated and experienced. He has honed his skills to a fine craft. Very appreciative of his handy work!

  I had a respiratory therapy session with Gemma and honestly left very disappointed. For a $200 one hour session, I expected much more than just two basic exercises and very little guidance about breathing techniques or recovery. Most of the information felt very generic and not worth the price. I was hoping for a more professional and personalized experience.

  I visited this clinic a couple of weeks ago for arm pain and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the start, I didn’t feel properly assessed. The therapist seemed to make a quick assumption that I had a shoulder problem and didn’t take the time to actually listen to what I was explaining about my symptoms. I’ve had a similar injury before, so I was trying to clarify that the issue was in my arm not my shoulder, but my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. Very poor bedside manners. What was even more concerning was that I was given advice that felt completely outside the scope of physiotherapy, including suggestions about hormone therapy. That raised a serious red flag for me. The treatment I received didn’t provide any relief, which further confirmed that the issue hadn’t been properly identified. After the session, I politely shared my feedback with the front desk and was advised to send an email to their general mailbox. I did so the same day, but I never received a response. A lack of follow-up like that is disappointing and, in my opinion, reflects poorly on the clinic’s professionalism and patient care. Thankfully, I was able to see my regular physiotherapist the next day, where I received appropriate treatment and experienced relief almost immediately. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
