  Our family recently moved my mother from her longtime home into an assisted living facility. From our initial consultation with Leroy through the move with Leandro, Eric, Isiah, Jen and Callie, Carefree Concierge was fantastic. My mother's furniture and belongings were packed and moved with great care and the team organized up her new place beautifully. Their care, compassion, empathy and good humour made a huge difference in easing the transition. We can't thank them enough.

From our very first consultation with Leroy, we felt supported. He walked us through every option their company offers — from packing, unpacking, setting up and decorating, to cleaning and donating — and even thoughtfully suggested where my mother’s treasured items could be rehoused. This included helping find meaningful places for her vintage gowns and teak furniture. The entire process was nothing short of extraordinary. The team handled every step with care and precision. Each item was respectfully packed, transported, and then beautifully set up in my mother’s new home. By the end of the day, her assisted living space was not just functional — it was warm, personal, and felt like her home, only better. Her clothes were hung, her bed was made, drawers were filled, books placed on shelves, the TV set up, artwork hung, and every piece of décor arranged with thoughtful attention to detail. They even placed all of her treasured items back into her curio cabinet just the way she had them. The moment she walked in for the reveal was priceless. The only emotion she felt was joy. What truly sets Carefree Concierge apart is not just their efficiency — although they are incredibly fast and organized — but their emotional intelligence. After the move, they returned to carefully collect and deliver the remaining items to my mother’s charity of choice, ensuring everything was handled according to her wishes and that she received proper donation receipts. This completely lifted the burden of coordinating pickups and managing drop-offs ourselves. To top it all off, they even offered a full home cleaning service afterward.
