I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. After four sessions, I still had not received a treatment plan. At every appointment, I was told, “I’ll have it ready for the next session,” but it never happened. A treatment plan should not take this many sessions to provide. The sessions also always felt rushed. It often seemed like we were racing against the clock rather than having enough time to properly discuss my concerns or make meaningful progress. One session was especially unprofessional. They didn’t even have a private room available, so I was placed in a shared office space where other people were having business discussions. My therapist proceeded to ask me personal questions in front of others, which made me extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about privacy and confidentiality. I was also charged on my credit card despite my insurance information already being on file, with no clear explanation for why this happened. Finally, what disappointed me the most was receiving follow-up emails containing “coping strategies” that appeared AI-generated, after reading that email, i was literally like are you for real? If I’m paying for professional therapy, I expect personalized guidance, not what felt like copied or template-based advice. Overall, I found the experience disorganized, unprofessional, and not worth the time or money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. Only if i could give zero stars here.

I had a very positive experience with Centre of Healing Minds, especially working with Umair Ausaf. He is compassionate, professional, and genuinely focused on helping. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and professional clinic.

Really positive experience overall. The whole team of therapists is amazing everything from assessments to moving forward felt smooth and well supported. Umair especially stands out for his approach and guidance. The admin team also made everything very easy and seamless.
