Fatima and her team were excellent to work with. They were so understanding of the timing and made it all happen. I was managing it all from Toronto, to get my elderly Mom comfortably set up in her new suite. They packed everything on our comprehensive list and stayed till 8pm to ensure her contents were put in place and ready for my elderly Mom to move in the very next day. Reasonable pricing, pleasure to work with, delivered on schedule and all with a smile and also keeping me informed with texts and a brief video along the way, to show their progress. They were outstanding and I would highly recommend them. George

I can't say enough about the HUMAN experience my parents and I were blanketed in throughout downsizing, a move and helping settle 88/90 year olds into a new residence. They were reachable for any concerns and go that extra mile and beyond to truly care for seniors (and their stressed out daughter!) involved in a challenging transitional stage of life. JP, Jeff, Dawn and each and every young man involved in the move were polite, kind and amazing to deal with. I'd give them all 10 out of 5 stars if I could!!! Thank you, thank you:)

Victoria Changing Places removed a lot of the stress of moving my 96 yr old Dad from a one bedroom suite in independent living to LTC. My sister and I moved our Dad and the personal items that he could take and left the rest to Victoria Changing Places He could only take his recliner chair with him which they delivered to his room in LTC and then moved everything else out of his suite efficiently. I was very pleased how the move went and the cost was less than we expected. We would highly recommend their services. Efficient, respectful, polite and reasonably priced.
