She is not only highly competent and professional in her approach, but also very courteous. The reception at the Basse-Ville clinic is warm and professional. Thank you for everything.

I received good service from Dr. Lizotte during my foot treatment. However, she prescribed a medication that I'm supposed to apply to one toenail for two months. I've asked to speak with her twice now to get reassurance about the prescribed medication because my toenail has suddenly changed color. Each time I call, an administrative agent tells me she'll get back to me shortly, but she never does. I even asked if she was on vacation, which would explain the lack of calls, but I was told no. So, I have no choice but to go to my doctor or the pharmacist to get reassurance. Honestly, she could have taken just five minutes out of her lunch break to call me, or five minutes before her shift. THAT's what caring about her patients is. If I absolutely need to see a doctor, just tell me instead of ignoring me; I can't guess. Very disappointed as I expected better support from her. I will avoid her for future foot care. Do not accept any prescriptions from her because if you have any problems, you will waste your time trying to contact her.
