The lady who did my feet was good but unfortunately the whole experience was not great because the receptionist was stressed for whatever personal reasons and had no problem passing it on to others. You kinda want to be relaxed in a good clinic. Patients don't have extra tolerance to deal with receptionist attitude. I left with cortisol that wasn't necessary. Monday at 4pm appointment. I hope a manager read this and tell receptionist to be more gentle to clients.

The main issue is that the chiropodist who had already left the clinic was still active in their booking system. I booked back in November and received reminders both yesterday and the same morning clearly stating I would be seeing this chiropodist. Because the system showed a confirmed appointment, I prepared work in advance and drove there in heavy snow. Only upon arrival was I told the chiropodist no longer worked there and my appointment had to be reschedule. No cancellation or written notice was sent. This reflects poor system management and a lack of respect for clients’ time. Very disappointing. I won’t be returning.

At 95 yrs old, my father needed care for a callus on his foot. The team here was so accommodating and helpful providing expert care so kindly and thoroughly. We came back again with my mother too who has had a lot of problems with her feet in the past - finally getting the necessary care here. Much appreciation to Salima, Tatiana and Sehdi! They are all very skillful with much heart. 🙏
