I've been seeing Stephanie for a year and a half and I get less unhinged with each hour we spend together. Genuinely. Her techniques and insights have helped me move away from pathological avoidance, and closer to the person I want to be. I am a better friend, partner, co-worker, and even a better cat servant than I used to be. People I love have told me that they can feel the changes too, and our relationships have shifted in really positive ways. I have an entirely new way of relating to myself and the world and I recommend her to my friends who are looking for a different kind of therapy that moves far beyond simply talking to someone. She has helped me unravel every struggle and discomfort that I have brought to her office with gentle tenacity and a lot of wisdom. If you are thinking about contacting her, please do.

My mental health would be a disaster without Stephanie’s help. After thinking I was in a mentally healthy place for almost two decades, my world began to fall apart as my marriage became tumultuous and began to crumble to dust. Luckily, I had just received medical benefits at work and was able to secure my first appointment with Stephanie in a matter of days. She showed me techniques and exercises that have stuck with as things at home began to improve and then collapse once more. She gave me the opportunity to get to the heart of why I was having panic attacks and discover things I had never considered. When my marriage ended, everything she taught me kicked in automatically. I would be a wreck were it not for her efforts, insights, and compassion. I would recommend Stephanie without hesitation.

I am so happy I found Stephanie. She offers many different techniques including somatic and mindfulness practices in her sessions, which I find extremely helpful. I always feel comfortable and understood in her presence. I highly recommend her!
