My experience with the occupational therapist has been positive, they’re knowledgeable and the actual sessions have been helpful. However, the billing and scheduling practices have been disappointing. Several sessions ran past the 1-hour time slot without clear communication that I’d be charged for the extra time. On top of that, my receipts did not include the OT’s registration number, which delayed my benefits reimbursement, and billing only happens monthly, so corrections take a long time to show up. Overall, good clinical care, but the lack of clear communication around session length and billing has really impacted my trust in the process.

Creative Therapy is an excellent company. Kirsten and Laurent are two incredible occupational therapists and I would highly recommend either of them to any of my family members, friends, or peers needing services.
