I have a common English name and the student they sent to represent me couldn't even say my name properly, or even speak proper English. I felt humiliated. They wouldn't answer my emails and I had to show up in person for someone to actually answer my questions. They seem to have done a good job, but a quite a high price

First I would state that we have been with this company for over 26 years for numerous legal matters and always received top notch service. However our last encounter we had, which was updating our wills was very disappointing and would no longer recommend them. We were asked to provide information from our Accountant which was a very detailed report and then the lawyer didn't even use it. Not only did we pay for that request from the lawyer but by our accountant also. Information that we provided when we were there in person was was incorrect when we received the draft. When we had our first meeting we had to show our drivers licence which was taken and photocopied. When we received our final information it had an address that we haven't lived at for over 10 years. Thank goodness this information was sent via email or who knows what would have happened to it. Numerous information that we provided was documented incorrectly which lead to contacting their office and having additional personal meetings that we were charged.
