I went in as a new patient for a corn removal (wasn't sure if it was a wart or corn as I never experienced something like this before) and booked the Initial Chiropody Assessment based on the clinic’s website description, which mentions that the initial appointment includes comprehensive clinical examination, biomechanical assessment, and gait analysis. This was changed recently on their website. The chiropodist was gentle and communicated well during the removal but no other examination was conducted. During my appointment, the corn was examined and removed, and I was given general footwear recommendations. After following up with the clinic, I was told that a biomechanical or gait assessment was not considered necessary for my case, despite being charged the full initial assessment fee. I understand that treatment depends on the issue being treated, but I do feel the website description created expectations for a more thorough first assessment than what I personally received. I am glad they changed their description since there should be transparency for new patients. I won't be going back because I expect them to perform the services they charged for.

Piyush was great! Patient, thorough, and genuinely interested in resolving and treating my uncommon issue. Also, big thanks to the receptionist that kept her promise to fit me in if there was a cancellation.
