  made appointment charged fee only to be told he is retiring in a month. Then why would you take in a new client. Total waste of my time to travel from up island

  Clearly knowledgeable doctor but could learn to listen, talks a lot out his other clients rather than addressing the patient at hand. Interrupted me a lot and fully drew on my shoe sole with a pen without asking.

  Great experience. Had reoccurring ingrown toenails that had been infected and very painful before I learned that this could be fixed in one appointment. Phoned around and other offices had 2-6 month wait list. Dr. Michoff’s office got me in the same week with one hassle free phone call. Had a procedure on one toe which was painless, freezing was painless. The second toe wasn’t as bad so he trimmed the ingrown out free of charge. Yes he is talkative but very pleasantly so. His MOA was also very pleasant. I assume the lack of waitlist has something to do with the bad reviews here. Personally I’d rather be seen in a timely manner by a competent doctor than be on a waitlist for months to see doctors who sit on google and argue with people who leave negative reviews. You can’t please everyone, negative reviews are inevitable. Don’t let this scare you away from booking with Dr. Mirchoff, he is capable, knowledgeable and friendly.
