Everyone in the office is always kind a welcoming . Mr. Ecclestone is always prepared prior to meeting and knows exactly what needs to be addressed in a timely manner. I felt that he covered issues in my case carefully and never did anything that I didn’t agree to. He was real with me and got me exactly what he said he would. Highly recommend.

Went in last week of Nov to get a Will prepared. Said it would take a week. Called them mid Dec, still not prepared. It's Jan 1st and still no update. Took funds upfront for services that haven't been done. Know it's the holidays but it's almost 5 weeks. Very disappointed.

spent 2 years with this office trying to get a seperation agreement made that gave me 50/50 time with my children. after 2 years of repeatedly saying all i care about is kids schedule and paying his bill, he was charging me for phone calls that he completely forgot about, telling me i stopped communicating with him while he copied my last email in the message, i still do not have a seperation agreement or equal time with my kids, and now searching for a new solicitor because he gave me no clear advice of what to do next, yet i always paid his bill!!!
