100000/10 experience at efit. Jessica, Katherine, Tara, Erin, and Dan (among others) have really created a one of a kind healing support system. I came to efit in a very dark and lonely place. I was in a deep depression and felt like I was out of options to get the help I needed. The program and membership I have experienced since then has been best in class and second to none. Efits programs have taken into account a holistic approach to healing that includes- emotion focused therapy, nutritional guidance and physical movement. If you are struggling with physical or emotional health I truly cannot recommend this program more strongly. The group therapy and thoughtful psychological approach of Katherine and Tara have done more for me in a year than multiple years of cognitive behavioral therapy. They truly get to the root causes of your emotional angst and work with you to unravel your past traumas so you can live a healthier and more fulfilling life. This may sound cheesy but this experience has genuinely transformed my life for the better. Run don’t walk to get a membership with efit!

This place has changed my life! Katherine, Tara and my fellow group members have given me hope and a sense of community I so desperately needed! I had met with so many therapists over the years without feeling truly understood or seen. I especially like that it’s EFT and not CBT.

I've been going to eFit for about 6 months now and have enjoyed every visit! I use the gym facilities and they are always clean and well kept. The team is always open to feedback to improve the space. All the trainers and practitioners are so lovely and genuinely care about you and your mental. I highly recommend this space being apart of your personal journey!
