  I rarely write reviews — whether on Facebook Marketplace or Google — but exceptional service deserves recognition, and Caroline and Mike Maurice have certainly earned mine. I purchased an antique Globe-Wernicke desk from Estate Concierge & Downsizing Services in Burlington. Unfortunately, I only realized at pickup that this substantial antique desk does not come apart for transport. To make matters even more challenging, it was located on the 6th floor of an apartment building, and there was no dolly available on site. What happened next truly impressed me. On a very hot and humid summer day, Mike voluntarily stepped in and went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He personally helped move this extremely heavy desk down a very long corridor to the elevator, then carefully maneuvered it through multiple narrow doors on the ground floor all the way to the back entrance facing the visitor parking area. As someone who deeply values professionalism, efficiency, and high service standards, I can say their prompt communication, courtesy, and genuine willingness to help were exceptional. Caroline and Mike delivered a level of white-glove customer service that is increasingly rare today. My sincere thanks to both of you for your professionalism, dedication, and kindness. Your efforts were greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

  I lost both of my parents just one month apart from each other and I was, as you might imagine, completely devastated. I was appointed Estate Executrix and I had the insurmountable task of packing up and selling the house I grew up in and called home for almost 50 years and also to find myself a new home. To say I was lost and paralyzed by grief and emotion would be the understatement of the century. I was recommended Estate Consierge and let me tell you that they are the single most compassionate, caring and wonderful team of people I have ever had the good fortune to work with. They have handled everything and at the end of a long day they say "thank you" to me and tell me that I did a great job!! Can you imagine? Their approach to helping families who are grieving is absolutely unparalleled. Caroline is so insightful that when she notices that I am tired or feeling emotionally stressed she puts a stop to everything or takes me aside for a bit to give me a break from everything. That level of skill only comes from years of working with families who have lost a loved one or two and recognizing their emotions and state of mind. If you are in need of their services then do not hesitate to pick up the phone and contact them! Trust me you will not regret it and they will treat you like family and get you through the tough times quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively. I am so glad I have them on my team and I feel like I'm part of the family because that's how they make me feel. Thank you to Caroline, Mike, Cindy, David and Alex.
