  i expected much better. The majority of my personal items were just dumped into plastic bins haphazardly, with no sense of organization. They were so disorganized that I had to go through everything after and sort through everything to better organize after the fact. My personal ceramic figurines, family heirlooms and other decorations were moved without my consent or permission. Items that I had borrowed from the public library (a book and a dvd) were sorted with my personal books and personal dvds without any consideration. Also, some decorative metal tins and reusable glass bottles were thrown away without being asked first. There were also some bottles of personal care products and hand sanitizers that were closed tightly before the project began. But when i went to use them after they had been thrown into plastic bins, several bottles had been handled so roughly that the lids had opened and product had leaked into the plastic bins. Overall, my apartment looked messier and more disorganized than before. I felt like staff just wanted to get the job done, and were rushing and being careless without taking the time to communicate and ask before doing anything. Also, the new microwave that was purchased was extremely cheap and blew a fuse, which fried the entire device, within less than a month of the cleaning having been completed Again, I expected better

  Dealt with Barbara Anne in our window decor location. She was lovely and organized beyond belief. She had measures, answers and she was thoughtful about all choices keeping her client’s needs at the forefront. She worked so effortlessly with her client and myself, I’d recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a professional and amazing organizer!
